Product Questions

  • My product has changed color over time. Is this normal?

  • What does ‘durability tested’ mean?

  • Help! I can’t remove my case from my phone.


  • Hold your phone securely with the camera facing toward you. Gently push through the camera hole with your thumb while pulling the edges of the case away from the phone in the opposite direction.
