Warranty Terms

The Fine Print

Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship only. It does not cover any problem or damage caused by or originating from:

  1. Normal wear-and-tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)
  2. Accidental drops and falls
  3. Liquid damage
  4. Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
  5. Items not purchased from us or our authorized resellers
  6. Theft or loss of the product
  7. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
  8. Damage caused by improper storage, burns, solvents, animals, exposure to varying environments, extreme temperatures, or natural phenomena
  9. Peeling or deterioration of artwork on custom designs or collaborations

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Our warranty applies only to the original, purchased item. Any product already replaced under warranty will not be eligible for a further replacement.
  2. Warranty replacements cannot be claimed for any products that have previously been refunded for any reason.
  3. The quality of items should be inspected upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
  4. When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the defect. If your claim is valid, we will replace the product with a new item of the same model and style.
  5. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or solution at our discretion. This does not include refunds.
  6. If the product was a gift, we will need to match your claim with the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer's details.
  7. Promotional items (sent for reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill gesture) are not covered by this warranty.
