Warranty Terms
The Fine Print
Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing and workmanship only. It does not cover any problem or damage caused by or originating from:
- Normal wear-and-tear (including cosmetic damage and natural yellowing of clear cases)
- Accidental drops and falls
- Liquid damage
- Intentional modifications or third-party repairs
- Items not purchased from us or our authorized resellers
- Theft or loss of the product
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product
- Damage caused by improper storage, burns, solvents, animals, exposure to varying environments, extreme temperatures, or natural phenomena
- Peeling or deterioration of artwork on custom designs or collaborations
PLEASE NOTE:
- Our warranty applies only to the original, purchased item. Any product already replaced under warranty will not be eligible for a further replacement.
- Warranty replacements cannot be claimed for any products that have previously been refunded for any reason.
- The quality of items should be inspected upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns.
- When submitting a warranty claim, you must provide at least one high-resolution photo or video clearly showing the defect. If your claim is valid, we will replace the product with a new item of the same model and style.
- If an exact replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or solution at our discretion. This does not include refunds.
- If the product was a gift, we will need to match your claim with the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer's details.
- Promotional items (sent for reviews, videos, etc.) and complimentary items (sent by our Customer Experience team as a goodwill gesture) are not covered by this warranty.
